We would like to express our gratitude for your booking and for reviewing and accepting our short booking conditions. These terms help to ensure a seamless and delightful experience for both of us.

Booking Policy:

We understand the importance of planning, which is why we offer bookings up to six months in advance, subject to availability. Our studio is at your disposal seven days a week, from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, allowing you the flexibility to bring your creative vision to fruition. Should you require an extended session, kindly notify us beforehand, and we’ll make every effort to meet your needs.

Our studio is exclusively for B2B purposes. It is not available for personal or consumer use.
All prices quoted are net and, VAT at a current rate of 27%. VAT will be added to your final invoice.

Once your booking request has been verified and confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a request for a 50% deposit. Please note that if the deposit is not credited to our account within three working days, we reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

No fee for cancellations made more than seven days before the booking date will be charged. However, for cancellations made within seven days of the booking date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

If you cancel your booking more than 3 days in advance, you will be subject to a 75% cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the booked date, you will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

We always strive to provide our clients with the best service possible. Still, in case of Studio République needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly provide a full refund of the deposit.

To maintain a safe and legal environment, we reserve the right to cancel any booking if we suspect that the client intends to use the studio for illegal or inappropriate activities. Additionally, the client must comply with all national health and safety regulations during their stay.

If a booking is cancelled due to non-compliance with national health, safety, and security regulations, the cancellation fee will be charged as per the original agreement.

Terms and Conditions:

We love you to have the best possible experience in our studio, which is why we kindly ask that you take care of our equipment and leave the studio as you found it. Please remember that any damage caused to our studio or equipment during your booking will be your responsibility.

In addition, we would appreciate it if you could tidy up before you leave. If the studio is not in the same condition as it was found, an end cleaning fee of 10% of the booking amount will be charged.

It is important to note that any materials taken during the booking may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

If any provision of these booking terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
